Author Maureen McNally will be sharing her picture book Saying Goodbye to my Best Friend Teddy!
About the Book:
This story describes the never-ending love and loss between a young child, Imogen and her pet dog, Teddy. Saying Goodbye to My Best Friend Teddy follows a child's journey on learning about loss and the heartbreaking process of saying goodbye to a loved one. This story describes the little happy moments of our everyday lives that our pets help make so special and that stay with us much longer after they have left us.
About the Author:
Maureen has worked as a Montessori and preschool teacher in Ireland and the United States since graduating college. Her creativity and inspiration from working with young children are what inspired her to pursue writing her own books.
