A fun and interactive book club for readers ages 9-13*. This month we will be reading Song for a Whale by Lynne Kelly, the story of a deaf girl’s connection to a whale whose song can’t be heard by his species, and the journey she takes to help him. *Suggested age, open to all ages!

About the event
Our next Middle Grade Book Club is starting soon! Our book club is recommended for readers aged 9-13, and we will be reading Song for a Whale by Lynne Kelly, a stirring and heart-warming tale of a young deaf girl who is determined to make a difference. The book club will meet 3 times (September 10, September 24, and October 8) at 3:30pm for 1-hour sessions with light snacks. Tickets are $20 per child, and the ticket price includes all 3 sessions and a copy of the book!
