About the author:
"I’m a Wisconsin-based author inspired to create whimsical stories about underrepresented topics that
help children feel seen and offer connection for the caregivers reading alongside them. My debut picture book, The Quietest Thing, was brought to life through a successful Kickstarter campaign to get copies in local libraries and schools, while also making the book available for anyone to enjoy. I aim to create stories families will want to return to again and again."
